设定资料：刚强不服输的小恶魔型数码兽。因此不直接战斗，是个一点一点敲诈弱者的卑鄙小人。好像被认为是住在黑暗区域的黑暗系数码兽的起源，但谜点仍有很多。必杀技是口中吐出超声波，让对方持续看到无法醒来的恶梦「恶梦休克」。

设定资料（日文）：気が強く負けずぎらいの小悪魔型デジモン。そのため直接戦わず、チクチクと弱いものをいたぶるひきょうものだ。ダークエリアに住む暗黒系デジモンの源とされているらしいが、まだナゾは多い。必殺技は、口から出す超音波で覚めない悪夢を見続けさせる『ナイトメアショック』。

While they appear in great numbers, the Evilmon pose little threat, and many are destroyed by the partner Digimon and their allies. In "The Hikari of Dawn", Dark Knightmon uses his Undead Soldierto summon a group of Evilmon to attack Takaishi Takeru and Pegasmon, but they were quickly destroyed.

As shown in the flashbacks of "The Tears of Shakkoumon", a gigantic group of Evilmon and Devidramon fought Shakkoumon, a gift from the heavens given to a group of Cupimon and Puttimon to protect them. They were able to defeat Shakkoumon, however, it was sealed before it could be killed. Nonetheless, they proceeded to kill the group of Cupimon and Puttimon, who had already accepted their inevitable deaths.

More Devidramon and Evilmon appeared in Valkyrimon"s explanation of the great power in "The Crest of Courage", as part of the Dark Digimon army under Millenniumon (who at the time was Zeed Millenniumon), fighting against the Holy Digimon army. One attacked a shielding Knightmon.
