Lately, the Guangdong Museum of Art launched "Lives on the Soil - the Exhibition of Country Theme Art Works Since 1949", presenting the artistic and practical actions of contemporary artists actively participating in the revitalization and development of the countryside.

近日，广东美术馆重磅推出《乡土人间——1949年以来乡村题材美术作品研究展》，呈现当下艺术家积极参与乡村振兴发展的艺术、实践行动。

Wang Shaoqiang, Director of Guangdong Museum of Art, said that traditional artists generally take more care of independent individuals, while the theme of "Lives on the Soil" makes the individual artists stand in the same dimension as our nation, so that more artists have relations with rural society and are concerned more about the development of the country.

广东美术馆馆长王绍强表示，传统艺术家通常更关注独立个体，而“乡土”题材让艺术家个体与家国集体凝结在同一维度，使更多艺术家与农村社会产生关系，关心国家的发展。
