After a long day’s work, I return home no later than 8 PM.

毎日遅くとも夜八時までは帰宅する

不抽烟 酒也是浅尝即止

I don’t like smoking, but do enjoy the occasional drink.

晚上11点上床睡觉

I"m always in bed by 11p.m.

夜十一時には床につき

每天一定要睡满8个小时

and I make it a point to get at least 8 hours of sleep each day.

睡前会喝一杯热牛奶

I  have a glass of warm milk  before bed

寝る前に暖かいミルクを飲み　

做20分钟的伸展操 让身体放松下来才上床

and do a twenty-minute stretching exercise to make myself relaxed before sleeping  .

２０分ほどのストレッチで体をほぐしてから床に就くと

这样就几乎都是一觉到天亮

It almost leeds me to the next bright morning right away.

早上醒来就像小婴儿一样 不残留半点疲劳跟压力

I feel like a baby and feel no tire or stress.

赤ん坊のように疲労 やストレスを残さずに  朝目を覚ませるんだ

健康检查的结果也是无异常

The result of the health examination shows that I don"t have any abnormality.

健康診断でも異常なしと言われたよ

I just wanna explain that living a productive life is my goal.

I"m not strict to winning or losing and I never dwell on troubles.

「勝ち負け」にこだわったり頭を抱えるような「トラブル」とか

不会树立使我夜不能寐的敌人

And I won"t set up enemies that make me  be unable to sleep.

夜も眠れないといった「敵」を作らない

这就是我对这社会的态度

This is my attitude towards the society。

也知道这就是属于我的幸福

and I know it"s my own happiness.

それが自分の幸福だということを知ている

不过 真要动手 我也不会输给任何人就是了

If I were ever to engage in combat, I would win the battle without question.
